I booked an initial appointment with Mary to help alleviate upper back and neck pain I've been experiencing for a few years. I regularly see a chiropractor I am extremely happy with and wanted to see if myofascial release therapy would prolong the time I needed between adjustments. Mary was quick to respond to my email and I called to set up the appointment.
