I wish there were more stars to give Tara. She is an extraordinarily gifted myofascial release therapist (as well as other modalities), and I have benefited from her healing talents since 2015. Update: This is not a fake review! Truly the appalling person is YOU! You think you’re some big shot; because, you’re one of the couple in the NOVA area that know myofasical massage. YOU SHOULD CARE FOR THE PATIENTS THAT REACH OUT TO YOU!!!!! Yet, your mouth is the filthiest thing in this planet. You’re a hypocrite, who thinks they can step over people in need.

Tara has a sixth sense for finding the root cause of the many aches and pains of this age group triathlete. She is great at explaining what she detects and how she is addressing it. With her broad knowledge of soft tissue work, mobility, and stretching we always have great discussions. She gives fantastic suggestions and is a great sounding board to weed thru all the information available on the internet.
