My experience with Alex was absolutely fantastic. I sprained my knee while playing soccer . Alex quickly figured out the root cause and we worked together for 12 weeks. His suggested exercises, along with dry needling helped me recover completely. I am back on the field, enjoying soccer once again. He also looked into other tight muscles and suggested some exercises, completely unrelated to the injury. Highly recommended!
I have been receiving treatments here for a while. My main physio is Alex and he has helped me tremendously with my injuries. He is knowledgeable and highly skilled in his work. As an athlete himself, he connects well with patients and tailors treatments to each specific injury. He also combines manual therapy with dry needling for effective results. I would highly recommend this place, especially Alex Abundo 12/10.
