I’ve had the most excellent experiences at Myo Oak over the last few months. Rosie at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. I have received comprehensive assessments and ongoing treatment from Josiah (RMT) and Myah (physiotherapist) for my longstanding muscle stiffness and tension, pain, and decreased mobility. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and make me feel at ease. The clinic is modern and welcoming with decent amount of free street parking nearby. Highly recommend!
Alex Abundo has been great: very knowledgeable and very helpful. He started off with a full assessment, and listened to all I had to say about my problem (a sore knee that had kicked up decades after an injury). His diagnosis seems to have been perfect. Laura is not only a highly skilled physiotherapist with a great depth of knowledge but one who is also kind, calm and caring. I arrived at Myodetox with a limp and in pain. I’m an active senior and my goal was to get back to my various activities and exercise programs as quickly as possible and pain free. I am really grateful for the team at Myo! Sara did a great job of providing helpful stretches, strengthening exercises, manual treatments, and needling. With Sara's help I was able to get back to my normal routine in no time!
I’ve been seeing Simran Chahal for physiotherapy treatments for the past few months and she has been crucial in keeping my legs healthy and pain-free while running! She has tailored my treatments to my training plan for optimal performance. She is very personable and is amazing to work with.
