I had my initial assessment with Charlie, with the focus of rehabbing my recent shoulder dislocation. Having never experienced an injury of this magnitude prior, I was looking for someone who could guide me through the process, with my goals being to return to working out and playing softball again. Myah Sisson successfully identified and treated a strained forearm muscle that I mistakenly thought was chronic carpal tunnel syndrome. Her treatment of other aches and pains was equally effective. Myah helped me to develop a strengthening routine tailored specifically to my needs and goals and provided guidance on proper form. I feel confident now in the gym and motivated to keep accountable. Very positive experience working with the Myo Oak Team. Nathan has been fantastic, with outstanding expertise and care. Ernest was also excellent while covering for Nathan during his vacation. Meeting and working with Dr. Ailaina for Chiropractic work was great too. She took plenty of time with me and seemed genuinely committed and curious to address my situation and create a resolution. Thank you all!
Always productive, applicable and helpful sessions. Over the years I’ve worked with a couple of physios, Mara and Charlie. They assess and give great treatment plans that keep (or get me back) running and being active. Super friendly and helpful support staff and an all around great team and experience. 11/10!
