I have been going to Monika for massages, she’s always able to workout the knots, ontop of giving advice on stretches to help my body. She is very knowledgeable and super kind.
Amanda is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! I hobbled in to my appointment with my cane - my pain had gotten so bad I was even using my cane around my house, but I have had my first pain-free moments in months since she worked her magic! I actually slept last night and don't need to rely on my cane! Thank you Amanda! If only Alberta Health would cover massage - a good massage does more good than the effective, but potentially dangerous pain meds I have been prescribed!

Having utilized their Massage Therapy, Somatic Massage Therapy, TMJ Massage, and Manual Osteopathy services in my health journey, I would not hesitate to recommend any of their staff for your health or pain journey. I've been going to Myo for years and they are by far my favorite massage therapy clinic in the city! Amazing massage therapists that truly care and are super thoughtful and accomodating!
