It’s hard to describe how nourishing and rejuvenating Sara’s therapy is. As someone living with an auto-immune disorder and chronic pain, a 90 minute session has me floating on clouds. It’s hard to find a good Myotherapist that you align with so I feel very lucky!

I’ve had a few pregnancy massages with Sara and she’s incredible. It’s so obvious she’s expertly trained and knows what she’s doing. I feel instantly relaxed and the benefits last for days after the treatment. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Sara is an exceptionally skilled myotherapist, who engages in compassionate care and you can tell. Her ability to coax my tight stubborn muscles into a state of relaxation and letting go is profound. I walk into the treatment room twisted like a pretzel and float out at the end being able to turn my head once more and breathe deeply into a rib cage that can move.
