Brooke’s Kangatraining classes are a welcoming, supportive environment for any mum looking to get back into exercise! I have zero rhythm and Brooke’s routines were so fun and easy to follow. Baby almost always fell asleep during the class. Great gentle exercise that anyone could do and always gets you sweating.
