Kamalini has been amazing since I started working with her in March. I wanted to lose 10-15lbs in a healthy and sustainable way. She made me a personalized, comprehensive plan that included food and supplements. Not only am I at my target weight but I feel great. Kamalini is very responsive when I have questions in between our appointments and has been a huge emotional support as well. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

I have worked with Kamalini for the past six months and she has helped me to identify trigger foods that were severely incompatible. Working with Kamalini to eliminate and re-introduce foods into my diet has improved my quality of life tremendously. Kamalini has been amazing! She works with your schedule and gives you a nutrition plan that works with your lifestyle.
