Felisha at the front desk checked in people that came AFTER I DID and let them in first. Didn’t look at me or say anything so it leads me to believe she was being racist. Fix your staff. Also, the nurse Jeremy (I think) seemed like he’d rather be doing ANYTHING else besides being a nurse.
I took my younger sister in a week ago. She seen Dr. Sadhika Verma who is the most unprofessional and lousy doctor I have ever met. She did not listen and refused to do anything for my sister unless she received a Covid and flu test. Completely unrelated to why she was at urgent care in the first place. Took my son to this UC on monday because i was concerned about him and worsening symptoms. The PA that was working was very unprofessional and basically told me he did not care that my child was sick and its "viral" i took him back in yesterday to a PCP that was available and she told me my son has pneumonia and a ear infection, he was put on antibiotics so hopefully he improves however im PISSED at the way that PA made me feel as a mother and hes awful at his job! 😊
The most disorganized and unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. I've been trying to get help with the same infection for almost two weeks. They failed to label my specimen and lost it. I called because I still have the emergent related issue, and I was told by a "nurse" that I should wait a month to see a specialist... for my ongoing, antibiotic resistant infection. So last Saturday Nov 1 I went in after work due to bronchitis. I was having a hard time breathing n burning in my sternum. I was giving my history to PA Shaun Clake. Shaun stated we don't treat bronchitis with antibiotics anymore, I stated since when that's not true. I stated it's fine I'll call my primary care on Monday and get it taken care of.
