Advertises itself as an Urgent Care facility. I have Medicare Advantage Blue and should have only been charged $65 per my health insurance contract. I went on a Saturday BECAUSE my regular doctor was closed. Instead of coding for an urgent care visit, they billed me for a rural health visit/new patient. Way more than $65. I am beyond upset. Bait and switch
Probable meniscus tear and all they offered was a brace. Badly fitted at that. No instructions on how to heal. No restrictions mentioned. They just wanted you in and out. Just save your time and a big bill and get in to your doctor because that’s all they recommend
Ended up at this urgent care as it was the closest one near me at the time needed. I’m not from this area. After reading the reviews, I was kind of horrified about What to expect. . But everybody was super nice, the place was so clean. Had no issues whatsoever. Couldn’t understand why it had such a low rating. Receptionist was super nice, very welcoming As Was the x-ray technician, Nurse, everybody.
