I spent at least 2.5 hours waiting to be seen for neck,shoulder, arm, and hand pain. I eventually ended up walking out an hour after they had closed on a Saturday. Im pretty sure the "urgent" in urgent care means expedited non-emergency care. I would have assumed that if someone were to arrive in need of emergency medical attention, that they would be either referred to the ER or in severe enough cases had an ambulance come take them to the main hospital. Felisha at the front desk checked in people that came AFTER I DID and let them in first. Didn’t look at me or say anything so it leads me to believe she was being racist. Fix your staff. Also, the nurse Jeremy (I think) seemed like he’d rather be doing ANYTHING else besides being a nurse.

I took my younger sister in a week ago. She seen Dr. Sadhika Verma who is the most unprofessional and lousy doctor I have ever met. She did not listen and refused to do anything for my sister unless she received a Covid and flu test. Completely unrelated to why she was at urgent care in the first place. She did not offer any advice or treatment. She left her computer, left the room without saying a word and came back in the room a few minutes later.
