DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with them. They talk about how they are a Veteran Friendly company, but unfortunately our experience was quite different. We met with the owner of the company, toured my Father's home (A Veteran), set a date and signed a contract only to find that a few days prior to the contracted sale dates the owner stopped communicating with us.
