Appalling service from the Cessnock store, zero customer support. Paid over $200 for a “Hotel” doona that guarantees that the filling won’t bunch, to have the filling bunch and individual squares now devoid of any filling. Being told that they don’t warrant their products and can’t return even though it’s faulty is terribly disappointing to say the least.

While I found the staff there to be lovely, friendly and helpful, I was disappointed to be turned away when I attempted to make a purchase using cash! While it’s simple in many cases to use a card, not only are charges incurred, going cashless is a dangerous path to tread. Just look towards Chinas Social Credit Score, and how it impacts the general population. Use Cash while it is still legal tender.

Bought some Bamboo sheets. After 3 uses they started piling & having threads out. The young girl in there is really unprofessional & would not even consider what I had to say. Don't think not exchanging them is legal. Inferior product. They should send it back to manufacturers. I will remember the appalling customer service.Thank God there are other MyHouse stores & online ordering
