Went to my house werribee maria was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products. I asked for her honest opinion and she delivered very well. Maria greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond with her customer service, smile and very welcoming tone. Thankyou maria for helping us today purchasing the pots and pans. I worked in customer service for 20 years and if i ever had to employ someone maria will be my number 1 choice.

Why i live here
Terrible business model, do not shop here. Confusingly labelled display led to me purchasing the incorrect product and at the wrong price. When I asked to return the item immediately after paying, was told "no refunds". Feeling taken advantage of, will never shop here again.
