We have purchased many pieces of furniture from MYHome for over 17 years since moving to Ottawa. They sell beautiful, quality furniture and their design knowledge is so helpful when making decisions. We also appreciate they use excellent and reliable Canadian companies and their delivery times are really good. Highly recommend!
Great products and service. Trisha spent hours helping us pick out our new furniture, checking on options and advising us. Product quality is very good, and while not inexpensive, the sale prices were reasonable and there is good value for money. Our new leather sofa and chairs are beautiful, comfortable and will last for decades. Delivery service by Vlad and Alex was exceptional -- we live in an apartment with a small elevator, and they brought our sofa up 4 flights of stairs! Overall we couldn't be happier.
Trisha was wonderful in helping me with deal with an issue with a chair that I was looking to replace due to accidental breakage. We purchased the chair originally at another store, that happened to go bankrupt. I got absolutely nowhere with the furniture protection plan company for months on end. Trisha was able to connect me directly with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved, even though we hadn’t even purchased it there!
