Shirley is an exceptional physiotherapist. I’m a professional dancer managing lifelong injuries, so I find her approach immediately relives my pain while helping me to prevent future injury. She’s so different from other physios! Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with the treatment I received at My Health Care Centre. I was given information about my treatment that I did not feel was accurate or helpful, and I was unhappy with the care I received. I decided to seek treatment at another healthcare provider, where I received a different approach and ultimately had a much better experience. Extremely concerning experience with chiropractor Mike at this clinic. On the same day, both Mike and the physiotherapist treated me. Mike knew my insurance authorization, while the physiotherapist did not. He submitted both treatments to my insurance under the clinic’s billing without my permission, even though I had clearly instructed him in writing to charge my credit card instead.
