Good branch office located off Exit 12 of I-985. Very convenient for bank transactions if you are commuting towards metro Atlanta. The branch teller was able to complete my transaction and was cordial. The ATM outside was also excellent being able to access my account information from it.
I went in to this branch to open 2 savings accounts, 1 for each of my kids. I didn’t imagine this would be a 2.5 hour process. There were 2 people working, & when I finished filling out paperwork, the girl I dealt with did not know how to set up accounts. The other person working was setting up a loan for another customer, so we had to wait almost 1.5 hours for him to finish to help her open my accounts. We have been dealing with Tammy Harris on an auto loan since August 2023. We finally found a van in January 2024. She was very patient with us and extremely friendly. Hands down best customer service!! Would definitely get another auto loan from Tammy Harris in the future. The office is also exceptional! Great bank, great service, great staff!!
