Edit to reply to response. Your system is flawed. Again we were there at open and were there for 3 hrs. She was 36 people after us. She should not have been given the opportunity to use her rings yet. Because it was busier then normal that would make the selection even less. The people who were in the store 1st should have the opportunity to get through their experience. There simply isn't enough dresses in all the sizes to accommodate over 56 people at one time. UPDATE: The owner has reached out to me to apologize for the way our experience ended and went above and beyond to make things right, and in this day and age that is a rarity. This shows me her commitment to her customers and the service they receive. She understands that dress shopping is more than a purchase it an experience and she wants yours to be a great one. Good experience until I felt rushed out the door once decision was made. Didn't ask my daughter to sign their wall or take a picture with the I said yes sign like they told us she would when they go through the how their system works. Not sure if its bc we didn't want to look at jewelry and shoes or what. Had asked to take a closer look at fraying section of the strap bc wanted to make sure it wasn't going to break on the day of wearing it and be up a creek since it is a corset tie up.
