I am unfortunately writing this review to report that my most recent experience here was negative. While my eye exam itself was actually great, the delivery process for my glasses was completely unsatisfactory.I was given the wrong order, and experienced multiple delivery delays that became extremely frustrating. Because of these communication and handling issues, I unfortunately will not be a customer of the Dowlen location again.
