Need better quality control of the thermoforming discs. They don't hold retention and get very loose after a few weeks. Also, the discs are cut incorrectly and only about half of my order fits in the thermal forming machine due to them being cut oblong. When I call customer service they like to play dumb. For as much as your products cost, I would expect better quality.
