I contacted Matt because my high school Daughter had a sports injury and needed sports massage. He let me know it was spring break amd he wasn't working but was going to try and fit me in that week. Wonderful communication, and customer service. The body work itself can be painful, but they keep you laughing through the rough parts. I'm still fairly young and my body isn't beat up too bad, so I didn't notice a huge change, but I do have better posture now which is great!
