Terrible. Never even consider having your taxes done here. You will have a terrible experience. There are much better places in the area that you should consider.
They took 8 months to complete my grandmother's taxes. She is 80 years old, and I feel like that is too old to put up with this sort of thing. They took a process that should have been completed in a couple of weeks maximum and dragged it out for no apparent reason. The entire experience was much more stressful than it needed to be.
A relative on social security submitted all necessary documentation for tax completion. Ted Myers had TAXES COMPLETED AFTER 8 MONTHS and numerous calls and visits to obtain documents.
