To be honest... we didn't know what to expect. BUT, We had a great experience working with Mike, Samantha, and the entire team after an injury accident. They were very responsive, took the time to understand our situation, and clearly explained each step of the process. We felt supported and confident throughout and would highly recommend them.

I’ve actually heard good things about this firm, which is why I reached out to offer some marketing support. I was genuinely surprised when I received a rather rude email from their paralegal, Shelly. It’s always surprising when professionalism slips—especially from a firm with such a good reputation. I do spend time in Seattle and know many professionals in the area, but after this experience, I’ll likely look elsewhere if I ever need legal services.
