Staff were lovely and he store was well set out
I've mostly done click and collect at Myer Townsville and always had a good experience. There was minimal waiting time when I went after work and staff were always friendly. I have bought Christmas gifts there at one of the beauty counters and the lady that served me was lovely. However I've noticed that not all counters are staffed so it may be hard to find someone when they're busy. But overall I've had a good experience.
