today I came into Myer to find my mum a birthday present in the lovely Cathy assisted me and made my experience very good. She was really helpful finding the right fragrance. I would really recommend her and I will definitely go back to her if I ever need anything else.
Visited the shoe department today the 29th May. It was not easy to get to the attention of the sales staff. When I did get service, the staff member fetched the shoes I wanted to try, handed me the box and walked off. I liked the shoes but was not encouraged to buy so walked off and left them. The service was lack luster and Meyers lost a sale because the staff member was disinterested. I do suggest management review camera footage and revise their training.

I had a great experience shopping at Myer North Lakes while purchasing the One Million Rabanne perfume. Mitra provided outstanding customer service — she was friendly, attentive, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Mitra if you visit!
