We had the pleasure of being served by John at the Appliance Centre in Myer Sunshine Plaza when purchasing an iron. John provided wonderful old-fashioned customer service, which is so rare to find these days. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, and was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing felt rushed and we left feeling confident in our purchase. Thank you John for such a great experience — Myer is lucky to have you!
