Wanted to commend Liam at the MAC counter at the Indooroopilly store for his knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand and supporting customers. A really positive experience.
We had a faulty de longhi coffee machine under warranty that needed 3rd repair (1st repair took nearly 7 weeks). It looks like DeLonghi just wanted to wait for the warranty to expire. I would like to send a great thank you to Cherie, and the team. Everybody was so helpfull and friendly to get a different one. So nice to see people that care about customer satisfaction, not like... Again thank you very much to Myer and the team

Inquired about a product that was $111 cheaper at another physical retailer. It was exactly the same product, with the same product number, colour, and everything. I was refused the price match because I was told it was “below cost price.” While I understand this isn’t the employee’s fault, as they have to follow company policy, from a customer’s perspective, how can Myer promote a “competitive price matching policy” when you’re selling the exact same product other places have for $111 more?
