I tried to buy a pair of boots today. It's sale time, so the store was busy. I waited patiently in the queue, clutching the boot I'd tried on. It fitted, I just needed the other side. When I reached the end of the queue, the assistant informed me that there was only one person who could help me and she was unavailable. And she had no idea when she might become available. Tried at least 15 times to call them . they never take phone calls
Came in looking for a new cologne and we were helped by the very lovely Fazel. Fazel understood exactly what we described and suggested such a lovely jimmy choo cologne. He was so sweet and patient, showing us great options in our price range. Such great customer service, we really felt cared for!
Visited Myer Indooroopilly on the evening of 25 June. My partner and I only ducked in for a quick purchase and were already at the checkout by the 9:00 pm closing time. We left the store at around 9:05 pm, along with several other customers. Unfortunately, the experience with two young staff members in the women’s underwear/garment section was very disappointing.
