Poor service. There's nothing more frustrating than having money to spend and being ready to make a purchase, but perhaps having a few questions. However, three staff members were standing around a till chatting and seemed completely unaware of the customers nearby. Myer’s is a department store that is expected to excel in customer service and to go the extra mile.
