Disappointing for a flagship store never a staff around when you need assistance and we you do finally find one they look like they hate their job. You call the store no one answers I called few times and just let it ring then they disconnect it, I’m surprised Myer hasn’t shut down. Bought a shoe the other day Tommy Hilfiger I was going to wear and notice two different shoe sizes seriously 😒
March 2026. YSL counter manager here is disgraceful. Zero client service idea and downright rude. YSL and MYER this cosmetics staff member is doing your company a major disservice.
