Thanks to Ella for great service with my sneakers on Saturday morning 03/10/26
Acknowledging that we arrived in the last half an hour of service, but very disappointed that staff were very rude in the last 5-10 minutes when it was “time to leave”. We were in the final stages of confirming sizes. We decided not to purchase anything on principle due to two very closed off, pushy interactions.
Terrible service from shoes department hope less lady CYNTHIA very poor customer service didn’t even bother to help I was standing there for 15 mins very terrible service
Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent product knowledge. Thank you, Chisa, for your wonderful assistance in helping me choose my Dior perfume. I really appreciate your patience and personalised service. Highly recommended!
