Shoe department needs an attitude adjustment, why have a sign saying wait here for sizes but yet get ignored by every member off staff. Than when asked how much shoes are reply with “not in sale” well ya sign says there in the sale witch they were. Lost a customer and money due to the rudeness off staff
Really disappointed with the service at the cologne section. I went in ready to spend $300-400 on a nice cologne, dressed well and genuinely interested in buying. The staff member serving me (an older woman, cologne section, around 4:30pm) didn't even come over until we called her, and the first thing out of her mouth was "are you buying anything?" Staff were so not helpful and did not have polite communication , quiet rude and were soo slow with scanning items. Biggest waste of my time and put me in a bad mood.
I watched very old man steal a toaster. It was fun. Not going to lie, I was waiting for security to emerge from the shadows and send him to the gulag. Nope, old mate just walked out.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Myer. I found the last item of a particular clothing style in the sale section, clearly marked at $49, reduced from $449. The $49 price tag was attached to the item, so I reasonably expected to be able to purchase it at the displayed price. As it was the last one available, I was especially disappointed when I was told that the price had been labelled incorrectly and that they could not sell it to me at that price.
