Went in for some new work shoes, lined up where there was a sign that said ‘queue here for shoe sizes’. Lady rudely approached me, said I can’t be back there, all I did was poke my head around the corner to see if I could get some help, when I asked if I could get some, she ignored me and walked past to help someone else. Nichole from the Lingerie & Sleepware department was so friendly & helpful today. Nichole really made my shopping so much easier helping 2 recommend what product would be suitable 4 me, no stress. She deserves a pay rise as she was multi tasking in numerous departments and was still happy. Very rare these days ....
