I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger “wind-cheater” ( see pics below) about 12 months ago from Myer Chermside. I washed it EXACTLY ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS 3 days ago and as a result of the washing the logo that was on the back of the collar, was washed off as well. I have spoken to both Hilfiger Australia about the possibility of a replacement they told me I had to speak to place of purchase, Myer as they apparently have the final say as to what happens. This shopping centre has everything under one roof. Spoilt for choice. Not our local area, but we make the effort to visit.
