The lady in womens was helpful and I did buy my shirts. But finding staff to help wasn't easy in the store. BIG store, too few staff!!!
Wanted to buy items doing early Christmas shopping but using mobility equipment the aisles are full of displays, blocking access. Aisle by law must be 1etre wide and 1.5 at the ends with Penalties up around $100,000. One aisle had glasswear, if it gets knocked off with people trying to get down the aisle and smashes, someone could get injured and not only will you be fined for the aisle widths but sued for injury. Costing a very lot of money, reputation and media attention
Ok shopping
Went today into Myer looking to get help in the Clarins section to no avail. Wandered aimlessly looking for staff. Did see a couple male staff in the perfume section chatting away. Was going to get the new $100 foundation but changed my mind when I couldn't get help. This is why people are going elsewhere.
