Was browsing Belconnen Myers today when I noticed quite an agressive interaction between a Myers worker and a young girl who looked to be about 7th grade. The lady took something out of the girls hand and angrily walked away. I watched as the girl went back to pick up the cosmetic item and pay for it at counter. Today my daughter came out of the store in tears with her friend. She described a tall white woman wearing high heels, with bright red lipstick and long black hair and said that the lady had snatched an item out of her hands and put it back on the shelf, exclaiming ‘It’s very obvious what you are doing,’ essentially accusing her of stealing. Upsetting and disappointing sloppy service in Belconnen store by Megan. I clearly said to Megan I wanted to purchase a gift card using CBA rewards points. She responded she doesn't think CBA points could be used for gift card. I said yes, I purchased a gift card using CBA points not long ago. She refused even to try to process it and called her supervisor who confirmed what I was saying. The service that was meant to be quick and prompt lasted about 45 minutes ending in no service.
