Very poor service at the Estee Lauder counter today 2 sales ppl serving 1 customer male asks are you right when I enquire re Estee Lauder perfume he tells the female to assist me then while the purchase is taking place the female assistant goes back to the other customer & the male assistant no excuse me or sorry she came back & finalised the sale then I was handed my purchase & receipt no bag or thank you from the sales assistant I did say thank you .
