Visited Myer Albury 28th March 2026 I had the most wonderful lady, Jennifer assisting me in the intimate apparel department, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and needs to be commended.
Went to Myer Albury on Friday 13th March around 9.30am to buy some lingerie for my wedding the following day. Was treated very poorly by the 2 females working there. The older of the 2 was too busy chatting to her friend & playing on her phone so told me to speak to the younger lady, did this only to get laughed at. I was going to spend a large sum of money but as these women have no concept of customer service, I purchased elsewhere. I will not go back into that store.
