I waited at the checkout for half an hour and mind you I wasnt even in line, it literally took the incompetent employee half an hour to process my stuff so I could pay. The trouble was getting something sent to my adress that they didn't have in stock atm, and after all this trouble it never arrived and now they are offering a refund on the sale price so I cant repurchase for the same value.
Store is clean and well presented now with new upgrade but still lacking in variety especially for maternity. Useful to have a local store for returns though at least. As others have said, the phone service is also non-existent. The climate control here is awful though. Summer- hot! Autumn/Winter - also too hot! Would prefer to buy online than deal with this! I would happily consider revising my review to 5 stars if the heating and phones were better managed.
I received fantastic service from a lovely saleswoman who went out of her way to find an item that I wanted to purchase. She found it in storage. It was an Adidas hoodie on sale. Thank you, I'm sorry I didn't get her name.
