I am very disappointed in Mydoma. Their customer service is subpar and that's when you can get in touch with them. I was so disappointed that I cancelled after 1 week and they refused to give even a partial refund. From what I can tell no one at the company knows anything about the visualizer. You have to hunt down videos to show you how to build out a kitchen or anything other than simple furniture placement. I’ve been using mydoma and they are user friendly. Giving recent rate increase, I decided not to continue. However if you are using their visializer tool, do not expect you will get a file from them because they don’t have export features in their system. During 3 years of using their visualiser tools, I created 90+ projects in their platform, now it will be gone forever. Ankita, I appreciated all your help today. With the one mistake I was making, it was creating a bit of a mess on my project list. I really love the views now that I am using them for a whole house remodel. It is making it easier for me to separate out spaces and will make it so much easier to bill my clients as well as present the design for the space using the view option.
