My DNA are a SCAM. Paid $250 for testing as recommended by my GP, almost 3 months later & no results at all. They claimed they sent results to my GP, who has not received anything at all & when repeatedly contacting their help / support, there is no response at all. Stay away from this company!
Be aware that if you order the Wellness testing you can ONLY access the results via the app, which can be frustrating
Sent me the wrong test so it took 2 months to get my results. Advertised as having medications I needed to test and they only had two of them. Tried to contact support multiple times and no resolutions so decided to except $100 lost.
