It has been a pleasure to deal with Diane right from the moment of inquiry. So helpful and prompt with any communication and updating us on any changes (key safe codes etc.), whether it be phone, email or text (usually all three) and always so polite. We stay in this area and complex every year as its a lovely area, very close to the beach (that the dog can enjoy all year), close enough to walk into to the hustle and bustle of Paignton main attractions if so required (which we did every day!!), but far enough away to enjoy p... read more

Amazing Penthouse in a stunning location 😍 An absolute gem of a place❤️ Fantastic stay over the Christmas period. A beautiful Penthouse apartment, so very comfy, spotlessly clean, the standard of everything is excellent with lots and lots of little extras. Diane decorated the Penthouse for Christmas and we were welcomed with such a lovely Christmas hamper, it made us feel so very welcome. Visited the penthouse for our Ruby wedding anniversary in January. Despite the weather not being kind to us we had a fantastic holiday.The apartment is in a great location with fantastic views and lots to do nearby.The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The hot tub overlooking the sea is an added bonus. Diane was extremely helpful before during and after our stay.We will definitely be back in the future.
We were so looking forward to our stay here when lockdown eases. Unfortunately due to the property having a shared entrance Diane had to cancel our booking. We were so disappointed as was she. I can only recommend from my experience and that is so positive - Diane is lovely, easy to deal with, very communicative by phone and not just email and when the booking had to be cancelled she refunded our payment in full straight away. We really hope to be able to find a date in the future to visit this beautiful property. Thanks Dia... read more
