Having been terrified of the dentists for all of my adult life, I can honestly say this team has helped me massively. All staff are friendly, polite & approachable and made me feel less anxious from the first phone call I made to join the practice. As a VERY nervous patient who avoided the dentist, LDC have always put me at ease. From my first phone call to book an appointment, through my procedures, my braces and even the hygienist! The staff are amazing with nervous patients, taking their time to make sure they explain everything and taking breaks when needed. I love my new smile, LDC gave me the smile i have always wanted.
