Worst customer service i have ever experienced.
I stopped in to compare prices on YETI coolers after seeing what they cost on the official YETI website and at stores like Dick's and Bass Pro. Right away, I noticed the coolers here had noticeably different handles than authentic YETI products. When I asked the employee why they didn't match what's shown on YETI's website, he became defensive, couldn't provide a clear explanation, and just walked away from the conversation. Got to the storefront with a sign on the door saying they would be back in 5 minutes with the door locked. The lady came back after about 5 minutes, unlocked the door, went inside and locked it again. We waited around for another couple of minutes and left. Moral of the story is don't show up here expecting them to be open even when they're supposed to be.
Horrible Customer Service. Was looking at a Yeti Cooler and couldn’t find a price . The two Mexican women were too busy on their phones to help . Lost a potential nice sale . Buyer Beware
