If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Just left there and I can not even explain what a terrible disappointment this experience was. We walked in when the store had just opened and not a turn of this woman’s head to even look at us let alone say hello however I’m not sure how she could hear us over the music as it was so loud you could not even speak at all (no exaggeration it was the loudest music). We are traveling and have been talking about stopping hear to pick up a few coolers as we like to shop local rather than online.... read more

I stopped in to compare prices on YETI coolers after seeing what they cost on the official YETI website and at stores like Dick's and Bass Pro. Right away, I noticed the coolers here had noticeably different handles than authentic YETI products. When I asked the employee why they didn't match what's shown on YETI's website, he became defensive, couldn't provide a clear explanation, and just walked away from the conversation. Got to the storefront with a sign on the door saying they would be back in 5 minutes with the door locked. The lady came back after about 5 minutes, unlocked the door, went inside and locked it again. We waited around for another couple of minutes and left. Moral of the story is don't show up here expecting them to be open even when they're supposed to be.
