DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have only given 1 star because negative stars are not available! Their customer service is non-existent and they operate on a ‘we have your money already so now we will ignore you’ basis. They do no comply with their own stated terms and conditions in terms of exchange and refund. I am lodging a claim with the Department of Fair Trading over their illegal trade practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!
So just received my portable cloths hanger from. MYCOATHANGERS. It is ok but I would of expected for over $200aud it should not be wobble. It is the double heavy duty hanger. I wanted a heavy duty one for a job on a film set in wardrobe.... very disappointing. In addition the base was set up in correctly so I had to dismantle and adjust so the upright arms would be straight. 🤷♀️🤦♀️ Ps i tries.to add video of the wobble but did not have the option
Incredibly disappointing experience. Shipping estimate is a lie. Promising to dispatch within 2-5 days was the reason I purchased my item from this place… they didn’t dispatch until 10 days later, after I’d requested a refund. The dispute resolution team are also telling me I should I have contacted a completely different email address for a company that I didn’t purchase the item from.
The product (garment covers) is fine. But the time between order and delivery was unacceptable. I was advised when I ordered that some of the products were out of stock and would take a little time. So expected to have to wait a little while. However I had to follow up about the products that were in stock. Then had to (6 weeks later) follow up about the remainder of the order. I still have not received my order! My order waa supposed to be delivered within 2-5 days, it has now been 3 weeks!! I would like a full refund immediately! Not happy!
