Last thing that happen to me was that the owner told me that if I would switch to a 6 months agreement since he did bot want to cancel the contract due to poor service I would need to say to BBB that we got into an agreement so I could close the case. I signed a contract with My City Social with the sales argument on their side that it would be better to sign ASAP so I could take advantage of the holidays for my social media. RUN FROM THEM..this "company" is a complete fraud. they take advantage of the lack of technical knowledge someone may have. After 5 month of no results, I hired a specialist to audit their work and what we found was that they were basically doing nothing for $775.66 per month. we refused to keep paying them and what they did is send their lawyer. they don't even care if they have delivered what they offered. We are a small local flower shop and we were the perfect target. Please don't even consider to hire them.
Leary of the high pressure sales presentation, I compromised on a 6 month program and GLAD WE DID. Apparently (based on other reviews which I encourage you to read) their business model seems to be all about LOCKING YOU (the unsuspecting trusting client) into an ruthless legal contract THEN when they under perform (as in my case and many other reviews) and you want out - too bad - they keep getting their money while doing no more work. If I could give MyCity Social -5 stars I would. After 2 long zoom calls with the sales manager and one of the "owners" named Nick, they presented an awesome service with experienced social media "GURUS". After these long calls with NICK and the sales manager, we agreed to sign up with them and they were going to "unleash" their experts so we would have a good Christmas holiday season.
