Fabulous customer service, in letting me know that my selection of vehicle wouldn't actually have room to take a queen size bed. Donna let me down gently, then was able to reassure me that they had the right size van for be to be able to take with me, which took only 5 minutes longer than it would have been before. The van drove beautifully, no issues, and reasonable prices. Make sure that you let staff know what you are transporting before you make a booking.
