I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience at this location. I was pressured by a staff member into purchasing an item that was unboxed and laid out like a tester. Despite the lack of signage and the fact that it was a display unit, the associate insisted I buy it. Forcing customers to pay for floor samples is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I love the idea that I can give nice clean and bottles and jars, away to the Zero Waste Store instead of them ending in the landfills. Thanks

I started coming here because I wanted to reduce all the plastic in my household. The refill stations are the game-changer. Bringing my own containers feels good and the staff is always super patient explaining how much goes into each refill, how to use products, etc. Feels like shopping with friends who care.

I came here a while back for a refill of my jojoba oil and castor oil and it’s still going strong! The sales associates are super nice and helpful, and I just love the overall mission of the store. Super calm environment and a lot of variety in their products/offerings!
