I visit My Wellness Studio regularly for a monthly remedial massage with Karen - I couldn't recommend their services more highly. Along with being incredibly relaxing for my own well-being, the ongoing remedial sessions very much assist me with injury prevention and general body maintenance through the many combinations of treatment techniques used!
