From the very initial call we had with Joan, me and my husband felt like we had made the right choice. She was extremely personable and attentive to our situation and a pleasure to deal with… Harley was always very punctual in all of her responses making sure we had all of the relevant information in timely fashion. I would definitely recommend My Visa Source for any immigration help.
Really bad experience with the case manager, Roshan Khan. She kept screaming at me during the consultation call and was not respectful at all during the entire process since the start. I was really looking forward to working with the firm but I had a really sour experience at the start itself. She kept reminding me that it’s a free call. Well, no matter what I don’t deserve to be screamt at. If you want to put across a point please do it respectfully.
