I give this 1 star only because there's not a ½ star. Delivered a pt. Home and left them in carport. Had to have local FD do their job.

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional company that I have ever encountered. They do not care about their clients or employees. They are constantly over scheduling drivers causing the clients to either be late for their appointment or have to wait HOURS to be picked up. They only work the drivers they want to, while making others sit at home then when you have to take a second job to be able to provide for your family they have a fit and refuse to work with you. I arranged several weeks in advance for an overnight sleep study. MTS Live called the day of the appointment to cancel, saying they do not transport to evening appointments. Since they waited until the day of the appointment to cancel, the appointment had to be rescheduled for further out. The representative told me they never transport to evening appointments. This company is an amazing company!!!!! The owners are family oriented and expect the best professional care from their drivers. MTS is the way to go if you are looking for a family feel.MTS treats you like you are a part of their family!!!!
