I wanted to love this place. It did take out insurance. Communication was spotty and difficult. It took almost a month after the evaluation to hear back at all. Sometimes we had an OT sometimes we had students but that was never communicated. Clear goals were never defined. Woman on the phone was not usually nice. Therapists wanted parents to wait in the waiting room but my son had a lot of anxiety and ultimately after a few months we switched and it’s been a totally different experience. Wasn’t the right fit for us
Super warm & friendly environment. Everyone at the Clubhouse has a real passion for what they do. Lovely clinic, bright and welcoming. Very knowledgeable practitioners.
Very unprofessional. I submitted all of the paperwork and waited almost a month to schedule my newborn for a PT evaluation, only for them to call me and say they have no availability with zero explanation.
After waiting months and months for an appointment and getting the run around with another company, I decided to give therapy the clubhouse a call. They were so accommodating and called me the minute that they had a cancelation and I was seen same day for an evaluation. We went straight back when we arrived - we didn't even have to sit in the waiting room! The receptionist is easy to contact and very helpful. No run arounds here!! Highly recommend.
