Took my payment and said taxes will be done by next day. It’s been a week now and my taxes still have not been done. They won’t give me a refund because “they don’t do refund”. Taxes are due in 24 hours so I just filed my taxes with someone else. My other accountant did my taxes with the hour. Rude customer service. Please be careful.

I'm trying to get information about my tax return and the receipt. emails no one get back to you'. When you call there is not a clear information. cant get the status and not receipt.
Excellent service..! I had been serve always with courtesy, respect and professionalism for many years. My inquiries have always been addressed with efficiency, accuracy allowing latitude to make an informed decision. I fact, I had visit my local accountant for couple years ago, I was so disappointed, dismissed and negative impact, that I need to get back to Margarita requesting and review. The staff is very kind, dedicated and efficient.
