I had an incredibly frustrating and shady experience with this so-called business. I rented a car through them and went to pick it up at the address listed on their website. When I arrived, it was just an office building with no sign of the company anywhere.I called their number multiple times, only to get an automated response asking me to leave a message. Unfortunately you went to the wrong office, called our receptionist a "Ret***", cussed out 3 of our staff members, and upon receiving a full refund, complimentary upgrade offers, and our management taking care of you, seem to still be upset with us. Please reach out to see if we can somehow further remedy this for you.
Usually car rental agencies are full of hidden fees and scams. We were 3 hours late to return our vehicle and I was shocked to see a warm welcome and no desire to fee us or hold the deposit. GOOD business! I have so much more respect for these people. Thank you ********* for the roses!
