I was invited to My Studio by a good friend. I was so nervous because I had a back issue. I really thought that I would not be able to do yoga. Amber made me feel right at home it's so relaxing. Amber gave me the confidence that I can do it. Just listen to your body. She shows you an adavace way and a modified way. I have never felt so welcome it's an amazing place. Love Yoga, which I believe everybody needs
My Studio is such a warm and welcoming space for yogis of all experience levels! I walked in with 2 years of experience, a little nervous going into a new space, but I felt right at home. Amber is a great instructor, who obviously loves what she does. She offers clear directions and a relaxing yoga class. Her massages are great too!
My wife and I have been going to Amber and My Stuido for our monthly massages for the past year and a half. Top Notch!
