Terrible customer service! Took a deposit and when I had to change the date, was inflexible with time. I only then found out she only works Tuesday and Thursday, which doesn't fit my schedule working full time, long hours. I cancelled within 24 hours only to be told "no refund". Conveniently I get a" DO NOT Respond" from the same and "only contact number" a reminder the previous day when I tried to cancel within the "24 hours " from the same number and only contact number!
