You had a great price on Harrison’s pellets. And I wasn’t expecting special extra treats for myself and Hogan as well as Evvy.
Even though my box came looking like they had used it for football practice in the NFL (not your guys fault obviously) everything came packaged in a gift bag, well wrapped and sorted so it was unharmed in the long, apparently violent, journey here. They even included some fun extras including treats for me AND my pets. I will for sure be ordering from here again and again... and again! Great value, service, and quality!
Wow! I placed an order right before Christmas for my birds. The order came with a hand written thank you note, a little treat bag for my furry friend and a "popcorn" carnival bag with a few people treats too. I thought that was the sweetest thing any company has done. I kept going through the order and the birds received a toy treat bag also. What a thoughtful company during such a difficult year. They have the best people there and are awesome with order turn around time. Plus there is a little care pouch in each order with something for the parent & pet.
I love this place! I originally started shopping for my cockatiels, but now shop for my rabbit as well! And my cats love that they always get a little something too! not only are the products great, but the packaging is too, and much of it doubles as toys too,paper bags are the bomb according to my rabbit.

This is the best store that I have ever shopped at for my birds. The customer service can’t get any better. I love all the staff. They’re so nice, generous, and responsive. I got samples in my first order and I was so so grateful. My birds absolutely loved it. The deals are also great. I will always shop here for my birdie babies.
